• Go to Blogger>Design>Page Element
• Click Add a Gadget option and choose HTML/JavaScript 
• Choose HTML/JavaScript
• Then copy and paste the code below into the HTML/JavaScript box and give it any name you wish such as: ( Popular Posts, Most Popular Post, Most Viewed Trend, Most Commented and e.t.c.)
