How to Create Contact Form for Blog/Website Using FoxyForm

Recently, one of this blog readers demanded for a post on how I was able to create a simple contact us page that blends with the background color of this blog. So today, I want to share how bloggers can create and put a contact us form on their blog contact us page for their readers to communicate with them easily and privately rather than using the comment box.

The name of the contact us form provider is Foxy Form. Their contact form can be easily integrated on blogs powered by Blogger and Wordpress, no registration is required, no limits on form creation, ability to choose fields to include in the form and ability to add the email address where the messages received will be forwarded to. With Foxy Form advanced options, users can change the appearance of the form to blend with their blog templates.

How to Get a Contact Form From FoxyForm

  • Go to www.foxyform.com
  • On Settings section, tick the values you want to include on your form
  • On Advanced Settings section, personalize the form to blend with your blog template. You can use our Color Code Tool for better customisation
  • On Target e-mail address section, enter the email address where you want to be receiving the messages sent through FoxyForm contact form.
  • Finally, click on Create Formular button to generate the form code, copy and then paste the code in a page on your Blogger or Wordpress Blog.
