We all know that paypal is not allowed in Nigeria and some other countries. After this guide, you should be able to open a paypal account here in Nigeria and other African countries.
First and foremost, you have to get an ip hiding or disguising software on your p.c. Examples of these softwares are Your Freedom Client, Hotspot shield, you can likewise use other anonymizer you can always access. You must always open your paypal account with this.
N.B: Please don’t open your paypal account with a Nigerian ip and don’t ever try to open it in a cybercafé. If you ever try it, or you use another ip except the one you are familiar with, limitations will be placed on your accont.
After you might have choose the ip tools you want to use, go to http://www.paypal.com and register an account with them then you must have a valid address and phone number of the country you intend to use. This money will be use to get a virtual credit card for verification. Contact the admin via mail at admin@justnaira.com if you need our help to fund your liberty reserve account. After funding your liberty reserve account, proceed to http://www.virtual-cc.com to get your virtual visa credit card, select virtual cc for paypal verification and make sure you use your non-european country address and make your payment with the liberty reserve account you have just opened.
Login to your paypal account, after this, click on get verified link, then link and confirm your credit card. Insert your credit card details then click save and continue. Paypal will tell you to get a code…….Go Back to the virtual cc website, enter your credit card number in the space provided on their website. You will receive a message that you will be alerted when your expuse number is ready. Check your email some hours later, once you receive a message telling you your expuse number is ready, login to virtual-cc website and enter your credit card number in the required place. After that, you should now receive your four digit verification code.
Finally, login into your paypal account, then click on confirm your credit card, enter your 4-digit code and your account becomes verified.
N:B- Never run your paypal account with different ips and Nigerian ips.

@Anonymous, I don't really understand your prov stuff, why don't you try using a VPN on your computer. I suggest Hotspot Shield
If am having VISA card from ACCESS Bank (Nigeria) can I use it in my paypal account instead of Liberty Reserve without any Risk?
@Umar Liman, you cannot make use of Nigeria Access Bank Visa card.
