Login to your paypal account, after this, click on get verified link, then link and confirm your credit card. Insert your credit card details then click save and continue. Paypal will tell you to get a code…….Go Back to the virtual cc website, enter your credit card number in the space provided on their website. You will receive a message that you will be alerted when your expuse number is ready. Check your email some hours later, once you receive a message telling you your expuse number is ready, login to virtual-cc website and enter your credit card number in the required place. After that, you should now receive your four digit verification code.
Finally, login into your paypal account, then click on confirm your credit card, enter your 4-digit code and your account becomes verified.
N:B- Never run your paypal account with different ips and Nigerian ips.
