There is a site known as onlinenaira.com that offers a wide range of services such as liberty reserve, paypal services, alertpay, moneybrooker and many more. Thou i have not verified the authenticity of this company owned by a Nigerian based abroad with representatives in Nigeria but it looks promising.
They can actually receive your paypal funds and send it into your Nigerian bank account and collect charges.
I just added fund to my account and it seems alright.
